Converse Presents… MakeBelieve
On October 15 the kick off will take place of the Converse presents… tour of MakeBelieve at the MEZZ in Breda (NL). MakeBelieve will play 17 shows throughout the Netherlands together with the band Kensington. Both bands decided to add a third group to the line up. The UK-bands Pegasus Bridge, Mimi Soya and Summerin, the Belgian band Campus and the 2 Dutch groups The New Media en Chapter January will all do a part of the tour.
The American shoe brand Converse is head sponsor of the tour. Converse and the bands are really excited about working together. The first promotional thing will be done at the Lowlands festival which is held in the third weekend of August.
The mediapartners of the tour are 3FM, Jimmy Alter and Hitkrant. Together with 3FM there will be a contest organised for new talented bands. The 2 winners will get a spot in the shows of November 26 and 28.
